charlie had a long 3 year fight he took his illness with dignity, and fantastic sense of humour he was born with, he loved his family, adored his grandchildren, and formed a close bond with my sister her husband and their children.
he was loved by all , my kind gentle man.
I will love you for all my life , until I can hold you in my arms again.

Life without you is empty in so many ways, 3 years have passed so quickly it seems like only yesterday that you were still here laughing, and teasing, we all miss you so very much, and you have a new grandson you would be so proud.
Laying flowers on your grave seems not enough to tell you how much I love and miss you darling, my heart is always with you.

A dear and much loved friend
Watching you and Roz go through such a dreadful time was so hard to do. We have been friends for so long i felt both of your pain. What got us all through was you Charlie, your fantastic sense of humour and as such good friends our comfort in each other, to laugh and cry when ever we needed.

Dad I miss you everyday,Vaughan & Nathan talk about you all the time which keeps your memory very much alive. You were a wonderfull dad and grandpa. People say time heals but i have to disagree, time teaches you how to live with the pain and loss it lets us remember and smile instead of remember and cry.
